Design and creation of a water treatment system to be installed in a tunnel under construction. With a capacity of 450 GPM, this system eliminates sedimentation in the dewatering piping, eliminates the discharge line cleaning process, and facilitates water treatment at the final treatment plant.
Preparation and installation of four multistages Technojet pumps 13 stages, 300 HP (700 GPM at 1250 feet of head), being connected to a sump in underground. Technojet pumps all manufactured in our head office in Rouyn-Noranda designed upon the specific needs of our customer.
Dewatering system for an open pit mine in Ontario. This project consists of four mobile pumping stations. In each of these units are three sections; the first includes a multi-stage Technojet MH200-250 / 4 700HP pump with a capacity of approximately 600 m3 / h, the second consists of an electrical room with a VFD and the third contains a 25000 kV transformer at 600 V. The stations installed in series allow a dewatering that follows the progress in depth of the mine.
Design, preparation and installation of a total of 13 multistage TECHNOJET pumps, including 6 pumps of 150 HP and 7 pumps of 700 HP, all of the pumps are entirely manufactured at our head office in Rouyn-Noranda. Less than five months were required to complete all stages of this major project, which was custom designed according to the specific needs of our customer.
