Her strategic mindset, dedication, and efficiency make her a valuable ally for the entrepreneurs she advises on a daily basis.<\/p>\n<p>As co-leader of the mergers and acquisitions team at <strong>BCF<\/strong>, a leader in the Quebec mid-market, Nathalie has advised numerous executives on key transactions, thus contributing to the growth and succession of businesses.<\/p>\n<p>Nathalie has also been recognized with several professional awards, including the prestigious <strong>Rising Stars<\/strong> award from <strong>Lexpert<\/strong> in 2014, which honors Canadian lawyers under 40 who have distinguished themselves the most, as well as a nomination in the 2019 edition of <strong>Best Lawyers in Canada<\/strong> for her expertise in commercial law. More recently, she received a nomination from <strong>Chambers Canada (2025)<\/strong> in the <strong>Corporate and Commercial Law<\/strong> category. Believing in the importance of constructive negotiations, she completed the <strong>Negotiation and Leadership<\/strong> program at Harvard Law School.
