Appointment – Christian Juteau

Christian Juteau began his professional career after earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering from Université Laval in 2003. He joined the Doyon Mine as an engineer and progressively advanced into supervisory roles. In 2005, he moved to IAMGOLD’s Mouska Mine, where he progressed from Supervisor to Captain and later Superintendent of Operations, a position he held until 2014.

Throughout his career, Mr. Juteau played a key role in extending the life of the Mouska Mine and in developing the long-term strategic planning for the Westwood Mine. From 2014 to 2018, he served as Engineering Superintendent at IAMGOLD’s Westwood Mine, focusing on operational optimization and team development.

In 2018, he joined Eldorado Gold Quebec as Director of Operations, contributing to the startup of the Lamaque Mine. He subsequently assumed responsibility for mining operations, plant activities, and tailings management. His leadership was recognized through a series of promotions, first to Senior Director, Operations and Health & Safety in 2021, then to Assistant General Manager in 2022, and General Manager in 2023.

Since 2024, Mr. Juteau has served as Vice President, Operations at Technosub. In this role, he oversees manufacturing and distribution operations, drives process optimization initiatives, contributes to the company’s strategic planning, and ensures compliance with health and safety standards.
