Technosub is proud to have been a partner of the 39th edition of the Fête d’hiver de Rouyn-Noranda as the presenter of the Snow Amphitheater.

At the heart of the event, this gathering space hosted entertainment and highlights for the whole family. Inspired by the Winter Olympics, the Snow Amphitheater invited young and old alike to story time in a festive, fun, and warm atmosphere.

Under the theme Hope in Motion, the 29th edition of the Telethon de la Ressource for People with Disabilities in Abitibi-Témiscamingue and Northern Quebec will remain etched in our memories. Thanks to the incredible generosity of the public, local businesses, and the commitment of hundreds of volunteers, the event raised a record $763,337.

We are particularly proud that our President & CEO, Eric Beaupre, served as honorary chair of this emotional and hopeful edition. His involvement reflects values deeply rooted in our company: mutual aid, inclusion, and the desire to make a tangible contribution to the well-being of our community.

This telethon demonstrates how regional solidarity can transform lives. The funds raised provide essential support to people living with disabilities, whether in the form of adapted equipment, medical supplies, or services that make their daily lives easier. For many, this assistance represents a real opportunity to regain independence, pursue personal projects, and maintain a dignified and active quality of life.

The money raised during the telethon stays in the region and is used to respond to thousands of requests for assistance each year, directly contributing to improving the lives of those in need.

As part of Rouyn-Noranda’s 100th anniversary celebrations, Technosub is proud to be a partner in the festivities. This collaboration is part of the company’s commitment to supporting local initiatives that bring people together and highlighting the importance of its regional roots.

Through its involvement, Technosub is helping to promote a landmark event for the community and highlight a century of history that continues to shape the identity of the city where it was founded.

We invite the public to follow the announcements and activities related to the 100th anniversary and take part in the celebrations that will mark this historic milestone for the city.

On December 5, our generous colleagues braved the winter cold and the roads of Abitibi to offer a full night of rides with the organization Operation Nez Rouge. This initiative encourages responsible behavior to prevent drunk driving during the holiday season. This year, their commitment also helped raise funds for the Maison des Jeunes de Rouyn-Noranda youth center.

Congratulations and thank you to our colleagues for their dedication ! Benoit Joncas, Matthieu Lauzon, Annie Boucher, Mathieu Lavigne, Rejean St-Pierre, Geneviève Wagner, Rachel Tousignant, Pierre Gagnon, Yannick Demontigny, Mia Blanchard, Alain Baril, Annie-Pier Maltais and François Lebourdais.

On December 8, our Timmins branch was transformed into a party venue for a special occasion: the North Stars field hockey team immortalized its official photo in front of our building. To mark the occasion and celebrate our partnership, Ralph and Celina organized a small, convivial party for the players and their parents. Pizzas, soft drinks and doughnuts were on hand to delight our guests, while allowing them to discover our new facilities.

We’re proud of this close relationship with our local partners, and happy to contribute to their success.

The entire Technosub team wishes the North Stars a wonderful season on the ice!

Technosub is proud to collaborate with Centre Polymétier as a MENTOR partner! This partnership represents a concrete commitment to the training of future professionals. Through this agreement, we have the privilege of supporting and mentoring students while providing equipment representative of our industry. Together, we contribute to delivering high-quality training that reflects the realities of the job market while strengthening ties between local businesses and educational institutions.

We are delighted to support an initiative that inspires and prepares future generations to excel in their field. A big thank you to Centre Polymétier for their trust!

As part of an exclusive partnership, we are honoured to put our logo exclusively on the teams’ home and away jerseys, as well as on the two theme nights. These initiatives support not only the organizations, but also the Huskies players’ education funding. We’re delighted to contribute to this great sporting and community adventure!

The whole Technosub team wishes you a great season!

On September 5, the Club Sports Belvédère in Val-d’Or hosted the 11th edition of the Mine Managers’ Golf Tournament, bringing together over 380 participants in a warm and festive atmosphere. Organized by Centraide Abitibi-Témiscamingue et Nord-du-Québec (ATNQ), this charity event raised a record $235,000 to support essential causes in our region.

We had the privilege of contributing to this wonderful day by manning a kiosk full of hot coffee treats, gourmet galettes and sparkling water to keep golfers energized all along the course! A huge thank you to Yannick for his invaluable help in preparing the coffee and distributing the galettes, and to our two representatives on the green, Marcel and Christian, for their enthusiasm and participation!

Well done to all participants for their sportsmanship, and a big thank you to Centraide ATNQ for this wonderful solidarity initiative!
